Good questions

How does the group link work?

The organizer shares one link in the group chat. If you want a vote, everyone picks a favorite first and the organizer locks the winner. Then the same link opens the size form, and one person per family adds its names and sizes.

Can everyone see the votes?

Yes. Everyone with the link sees the live tally on each design, so you can watch the favorite pull ahead. The organizer decides when voting is done and locks the winner.

What if someone misspells a name?

Each family checks every name on a preview of their own shirt before submitting. On top of that, every order is reviewed by a real person before it prints.

What sizes do you have? What about kids?

Adult, youth and toddler sizes, all just as easy to pick, with a size chart right on the form.

Does everyone need an account?

No. Group members just open the link to vote and add names and sizes.

Who pays, and how does it ship?

The organizer checks out once for the whole group and gets a per-family breakdown to share. Everything ships in one box to the organizer, since you're all boarding the same ship.

Will it arrive before we sail?

Your order cutoff is tied to your sail date so the shirts arrive before you board. Everyone in the group sees the deadline on the link.

Can you use the cruise line's logo or characters?

We can't use cruise line logos or licensed characters. Instead, make it yours with your group name, dates, ports and the vibe of your trip.

Will Ducky AI get names and dates wrong?

No. Ducky AI creates the artwork, but every word, from names to dates and ports, is set in real type. And a real person reviews every design before it prints.
